1. Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work, so they are always on.
- Sign-in (
wordpress_logged_in_*,wordpress_sec_*): keep you signed in to your account. They last for your browser session, or up to 14 days if you choose to stay signed in. - Cart and checkout (
wp_woocommerce_session_*,woocommerce_cart_hash,woocommerce_items_in_cart): remember what is in your cart. They last for your browser session or up to 2 days. - Payment security (
__stripe_mid,__stripe_sid): set by Stripe, our payment provider, to process card payments and prevent fraud. They last from 30 minutes up to 1 year.
2. Functional cookies
These remember choices you make on the site.
- Wishlist (
g2u_wl): remembers the products you saved. Lasts 1 year. - Light or dark mode (
theme-mode): remembers the display mode you chose. Lasts 1 year. - Language and currency: remember the language and currency you selected. Translation is provided through our translation tool, which uses Google Translate.
- Support chat (
wpsc_token): links your browser to your chat conversation with our support team, so you can see our replies. Lasts 1 year. - Cookie choice (
g2uConsent): saves whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies. It is kept in your browser local storage until you clear it.
3. Order attribution cookies
Our store software (WooCommerce) sets cookies whose names start with sbjs_. They record how you reached the store, for example the website or campaign link you came from, the first page you opened and your browser type. If you place an order, this information is saved with the order so that we know which channels bring customers. These cookies are set by g2u.store itself, are not shared with advertisers and are removed when you close your browser.
4. Analytics cookies
We use Google Analytics to measure visits and purchases so that we can improve the store. It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_7CB0GC6G39, which last up to 2 years. We do not send your name, email address or payment details to Google Analytics.
- If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies are set only after you click Accept in the cookie banner.
- If you visit from another region, they are set when you open the site. You can block them as explained in section 7.
5. Advertising cookies
We do not currently use advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
6. Cookies from other services
If you choose to sign in with a third-party account, such as Google, Facebook or Apple, that provider may set its own cookies under its own policy. The same applies to Stripe when you pay by card.
7. How to control cookies
- Cookie banner: visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland can accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner, and can change this choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.
- Browser settings: you can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser. Blocking essential cookies may stop sign-in, the cart and checkout from working.
- Google Analytics: you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We may update this page when the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
