2. The data we collect

  • Account data: your name, email address and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored in hashed form.
  • Order data: the products you buy, your name, email address, country and order history.
  • Activation details: for subscriptions that we activate on your own account, the details requested on the product page, such as the email address of that account and your profile link. For plans that need your account password, the password is stored encrypted and is deleted when the order is completed, cancelled or refunded.
  • Payment data: payments are handled by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Support messages: the emails and chat messages you send us.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected through server logs and cookies.

3. Why we use your data

  • To process, deliver and activate your orders, and to provide warranty and support (performance of a contract).
  • To prevent fraud and keep our site secure (legitimate interests).
  • To understand how visitors use the store and improve it (your consent, where the law requires it).
  • To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
  • To send you marketing emails, only if you have agreed to receive them (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where it is needed to run the store:

  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards allowed by data protection law, such as approved contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep data

  • Order and payment records: for as long as required by tax and accounting law.
  • Account data: until you ask us to delete your account.
  • Account passwords supplied for an activation: deleted when the order is completed, cancelled or refunded.
  • Support messages: for as long as needed to handle your request and any warranty.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the site to work, for example to keep you signed in, remember your cart and wishlist, and remember your language and currency.

We also use Google Analytics to measure visits and purchases, so that we can improve the store. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects technical data such as your approximate location, your device type and the pages you view. We do not send your name, email address or payment details to Google Analytics. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the site. Learn more: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

We do not currently use advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

For the full list of cookies and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent. To use these rights, email info@g2u.store. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the United Kingdom, this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Our site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without the permission of a parent or guardian.

10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No online service can guarantee complete security.
