These terms apply to every order placed on g2u.store. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them together with our Refund and Replacement Policy and our Privacy Policy.
1. About us
G2U is operated by a company registered in England and Wales (company number: 17103682). Registered office: Office 298FX, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, E6 2JA, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at info@g2u.store.
2. What we sell
We sell digital products and services that are delivered electronically, including game keys, software keys, subscription activations and professional services. No physical goods are shipped.
G2U is an independent reseller. Product names, logos and brands belong to their owners. Unless a product page says otherwise, we are not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands.
3. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. New accounts must confirm their email address before they can be used.
5. Orders and prices
- Prices are shown on the product page at the time of your order. If you view prices in another currency, the converted amount is an estimate and your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate.
- An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.
- You must check the product details before you buy, including edition, platform, region and system requirements.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details. Your order is processed after payment has been confirmed.
7. Delivery and activation
- Products are delivered electronically, to your account on our site or to the email address you provide, within the timeframe shown on the product page.
- Some subscriptions are activated on your own account, within 1 to 24 hours after payment. For these, you must give us the activation details requested on the product page, and they must be correct.
- Activation links are valid for a maximum of 8 hours from the time we send them. You are responsible for using the link within this time.
- For plans that need your account password (manual top-up), you authorise our team to sign in to your account to complete the activation. If the platform asks for a verification step, such as a code or a sign-in approval, you agree to approve it when we contact you. We use your password only to complete the activation, and it is deleted from our system once the order is completed. Change your password after the activation is complete.
8. Using what you buy
- Keys and codes are for your own use. Keep them private until you redeem them.
- Your use of a product is also subject to the terms of the platform or brand that provides it. You are responsible for following those terms.
- You must not use our site for fraud, to resell access in breach of these terms, or in any unlawful way.
9. Refunds, replacements and warranty
Refunds, replacements and warranties are covered by our Refund and Replacement Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed the order, or for decisions made by a third-party platform about your account.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page when you placed it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
