- Searches cover your extended network, up to third-degree connections, so a larger network gives better results.
- It is a single-user plan. Larger teams that need shared pipelines and reporting use the full LinkedIn Recruiter product.
- InMail credits are limited, so write specific messages to the candidates who fit best.
Recruiter Lite or Premium Business?
If your goal is hiring, choose Recruiter Lite: it has recruiting filters, projects and twice the InMail credits of Premium Business. If your goal is networking, sales or researching companies, Premium Business is the better fit and costs less.
