What is the difference between Activation Link and Requires Login plans?
With an Activation Link plan you receive a guaranteed activation link, also called an invitation link, and you activate the plan yourself. We only need the email of your LinkedIn account and the link to your profile. With a Requires Login plan, our team signs in to your account and tops up the subscription manually, so we need the email and password of your account.
Do I have to share my LinkedIn password?
Only for Requires Login plans. You authorise the sign-in when you order. We use your password only to complete the activation and delete it from our system when the order is complete. We recommend that you change your password after activation. If you prefer not to share a password, choose an Activation Link plan.
What happens if LinkedIn asks for a verification code?
LinkedIn may ask for a verification step, such as a code or a sign-in approval. In that case we contact you, and you need to approve it so that we can finish the activation.
